Service Agreement for Website Maintenance Services Hyderabad

1. Start of Services
Welcome to Smart Web Rise, providing trusted Service Agreement for website maintenance services Hyderabad along with website creation, digital marketing, and graphic design. By digitally signing this agreement, you consent to clear terms that ensure reliable service delivery and transparency.

2. Monthly Payment Schedule
A fixed monthly payment is due on or before the 30th of each month, regardless of the amount of work assigned. A 50% advance payment is required to proceed with the selected package.

3. Termination Policy
After termination, services will continue for 15 days, and this period will be adjusted against the 50% advance payment. The advance amount is non-refundable.

4. Agreement Validity
This agreement remains valid until a formal termination notice is given in writing, followed by the 15-day processing period.

5. Monthly Activity & Work Commitment
The service fee covers continuous professional work and maintenance tasks, even if no new tasks are directly assigned in a particular month. Activities include (but are not limited to):
  • Website speed optimization and performance monitoring
  • SEO review and improvement
  • Google Analytics tracking and reporting
  • Managing Facebook and Instagram business pages
  • Creating and scheduling monthly social media posts
Monthly payments are required regardless of the workload — whether it's heavy, light, or even if no specific tasks are given — because we consistently perform background services like monitoring, performance checks, SEO updates, and social media maintenance.

6. Domain & Hosting
You are responsible for buying your own domain and hosting. We will help you set it up, but these costs are separate from our monthly fees.

7. Paid Ads
The money you spend on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube ads is paid by you directly to those platforms. We manage and optimize your ads, but ad costs are not included in our service fees.

8. Transparency
We promise no hidden costs. You will always know which payments you are making and to whom.

9. Mandatory Monthly Payment
Payments are required every month without fail until the termination process is completed. Lack of work assignments does not qualify for skipping or reducing payments, as background maintenance and strategy work are part of the monthly package.
You fully own your domain, hosting, and ad accounts. We only manage access to help you.

10. Legal Binding
This agreement is considered a legally binding document under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
